The top is completely watertight (+10000), breathable (Ret<15) and acts as a windcheater.
A raglan style cut prevents it from hindering your movements.
There is enough room in the hood to wear a cap. This has a visor and can be adjusted using an elastic cord and toggle on either side. The large flap closing over the gusset protects from wind and spray.
