Lovely framed print of “The Old Rectory, Willersey,” which sat in the Cotswolds region of England.

Appears to be a print of an original signed sketch, though artist’s name in cursive is hard to make out! size with frame is 12.5” high x 15.5” wide. 

Matted in white and black, with black frame. Ready to hang. Slight, barely visible smudge on the inside of the glass, bottom right. Reflected in the price. Would not be noticeable when art is hanging on a wall.
